Can’t lie, I am usually pretty stoked to see one, though I hope no-one would get themselves inked - or refrain from doing so - based on how I feel about it. Bodily autonomy in totality forever!! Anyway in I think Asheville somebody showed me their Heretic Pride tattoo and it was just ridiculously cool, that is an A+ tattoo in my opinion. At the same time I have recurring nightmares about somebody showing me a Mountain Goats tattoo and me not liking it and not being able to conceal on my face that I think it was a mistake and then I’m sucked into a gigantic guilt spiral where I’m berating myself for judging somebody else’s decisions about their own body and then I wake up and the dream has made me hungry so I go downstairs and fix something extra delicious, the end. 

The riverbed is dug deeper.

Gave the ”revolved extended hand to foot pose in squat” a try. Needs work! Knee should be over heal, foot flat. And I’m a little tight from my plane ride from Denver. I’m finding using a video to review my practice can be really helpful. Looking forward to jumping back into yoga learning now that I’m back in NJ for a bit! Glad I stumbled upon Patrick Beach’s 30 day challenge but too bad I’m two months late.
